Dr. John Vitale: Any person missing all of his or her teeth or the overwhelming majority of the teeth are candidates for All-On-4®. The people who would not benefit as quickly are those people who do not have enough bone in the areas on top or bottom that we would want to place the implants. But, it still could be done.

Dr. John Vitale: Oddly enough, the recovery time for All-On-4® dental implants is 24 hours.
How long do the All-On-4® implants last?
Dr. John Vitale: Generally, they should last you for a lifetime. Again, if you do not take care of your mouth and don’t do what you’re supposed to do as far as maintenance, obviously the time would be shortened. But if you’re meticulous about what you’re doing and take good care of your implants and your restoration, they’ll last you a very long time.
