Chronic bad breath, also known as halitosis, can be caused by a number of different factors.
One of the first reasons my be dry mouth. You need saliva to moisten and cleanse our mouths. Dry mouth, or insufficient saliva would constantly give you bad breath.
Another cause of chronic bad breath is taking medications that don’t agree with your stomach. Your stomach would be the cause of your bad breath.
A third possible reason for bad breath is periodontal disease. Periodontal disease (and the bacteria that accompanies it) is probably the single most contributing factor to bad breath.
If you suffer from chronic bad breath, you should seek professional advice and get to the root cause of it. Periodontal disease can be arrested, dry mouth can be rectified and stomach problems and ailments can be addressed.
You just have to be astute enough to realize that you need help and go out and get it.
