At our office, we have two options available. We have an in-house system using a light and a topical application of a peroxide gel controlling both sensitivity and the whiteness factor of your teeth. We also have strips that are prescription strips so the strength of the peroxide in the strip is a little bit stronger than over-the-counter type. Both options are available for effective results.
